im having a real hard problem finding the tamagotchi v5!!?

i checked my local walmart, target, and toys r us and they don’t have it!! i asked them when are they going to get it and they said they don’t know! i checked like 3 walmarts, 2 targets and 3 toys r us and none of them have it, they still have the v4.5 on the shelves. why is it taking them so long! i don’t wanna buy it on ebay, it might be fake or something
