Why is Disney merchandise all made in China?

I have a ton of Disney toys stuffed animals snowglobes games figurines collectible cans clothes etc and I have noticed that nearly every single thing was made in China. I thought Disney was an American company founded in California. Why is all Disney merchandise made in China? I wish it was made in the USA cus it would be fun to make Disney toys for a job!

Yeah, but then the costs of those toys would be 5 times higher. The wage you would want to get paid is a fraction of what is paid in China. You cannot enjoy lower prices and complain about goods being made in China for cheaper at the same time.
