Can you help me come up with a unique gift?

My cousin is expecting (a girl) and I want to get the baby something different, unique. This baby will be getting tons of clothes, toys and practical stuff like diapers, bottles, wipes, etc… I wan’t something totally different and out of the ordinary, nothing too cutesy either. Also I want to get the expecting parents a gift, something cool, funny, just for them. Any ideas?

you could get a cute little music box for the baby.

you could get the parents a digital camera for them to take lots of pictures to remember.
