toy handcuffs, travelling out of country?

so im going out of country in a couple months and i want to take back some toy handcuffs i bought.. since i cant really get em when im going and you know, its for fun
but im concerned about the airport’s security and all that
although they’re toy handcuffs after all, they have that little switch thingy to open them and all so no real risk is there?
so just wondering if i could get some sort of.. permit? or is it too much trouble and should i just leave em here?

put them in your checked luggage, and I doubt if security will mind even if they are in your carry on.
