Flying with a toddler?

I would like some helpful tips for flying with daughter.She my 19 month old has traveled with me around 10 times since I was 6 weeks, and has always been very good, but lately nothing seems to make it settle. I bring juices, snacks, toys, coloring books, crayons, all your favorite things, but she screams and cries (this last an hour and a half flight of two hours!) I do everything necessary so that the height is not hurting the ears very badly, like giving the sippy cup to drink on takeoff and landing. Does anyone know of something safe to give to make your dream? Do doctors prescribe something for this type of problem? HELP!
