Sun Toys

I have a 6mo old Sun Conure who is breaking the tail feathers.?
I changed the diet, which have replaced the toys, unchanged. Do not pull them out not just chew them off. Any suggestions?
Your Conure could have a skin irritant, perhaps to try to bathe him often so that you can clean any residue is in the right of the feathers themselves. The bird bath should be 5 times a week, especially in the summer months. I would also recommend different types of toys – like the puzzle that need to unlock or find out, chewable tablets, indestructible, wooden toys, swings, Boings, shredables, etc, to see what his personal preference may be. I found that my parrot hates rawhide toys by type what all have their favorites! More; http://hubpages.com/Nanday-Conures http://hubpages.com/Sun-Conure
