Wal-mart & stores black fri ads, same on their website?

Will the items in ads be the sale price on their website too? As long as its not sold out online yet? Im mainly wondering about wal-mart and toys r us. I saw something on here about cyber mondays, do retail stores have online sales then?

Black friday ads are in store only. They will be having different sales online which I believe might start Mon. the 23th.Amazon.com starts their black friday sales tomorrow.
