Problem’s with toys??

I have a 1 year old Shih Tzu, and, she is still as active and bubbly as she was at 3 months, in other words, she still has not mellowed down yet. She is spayed, so that may want to make feel like a mother of some sort. She’s a wonderful family dog, She will sit somewhere were she can see all of us, and just stares for several hours. She is pretty much a co-dependent dog, haha! But, for the 15 minutes when she has to leave us alone and plays with her toys, she will bite the squeaker repeatedly, then starts to cry while squeaking them, and then after a few more squeaks later, she’ll start to howl. Is this just simple play, or should we be worried?

Maybe the squeaking is hurting her ears or she is just howling to her little music she has played. Mine love to squeak their toys repeatedly. But they do not cry while they ae doing it.
