Is it normal tat a 4yr- boy like to pile up his toys in some certain places?

My son is almost 4 yrs ol. He has a habit of piling up his toys on the floor or in the back of his bike or in the corner of the room. The pile can consist of a lot of different toys but mostly small ones. The pile looks like a small hill. Is it normal or it is a sign of some behavior disorder?

He’s normal. Kids (especially boys) like to stack and sort and line and pile things up. Perhaps your son has so many toys (like most kids do) that they overwhelm him and he doesn’t play with the things individually but rather as he would a pile of rocks. I know when my kids get toy overload, they start just dragging the toys around in globs and piles, rather than playing with individual toys. Try cleaning out at least half of his toys and see what happens.
