Where can I buy some really cheap “costume jewelry” type rings?

Like rings that look like huge rubies or emeralds, etc…..but …it’s ok that they’re obviously fake? And they’re cheap, like a couple of bucks a piece or so….Plus this is for the fingers of an adult. So the “ring” part (arouind the fingers) has to be able to expand. It’s for a joke, just for fun, so maybe I should have put this in the Halloween category?
I was thinking Toys R Us or Michael’s …or somewhere online? .but I don’t want to shop everywhere……..so please advise.
