What are the best outdoor toys for an 18 month old boy. I’m not ready for a sandbox yet, but so far we have..?

a little tykes bat and ball T-ball stand, and balls. These things don’t entertain him any longer than 10 minutes. There are sooo many outdoor toys. What do your kids like?

Our daughter has a plastic slide with lots of places to climb in/out of and a basketball hoop on one side that she really likes. She also likes the water table (which is considerably less expensive). Her favorite outdoor toy, however, is rocks. She LOVES to pick up rocks – she stacks them, sorts them, puts them in containers and dumps them out… Gotta love toddlers!
